We just got an fx :) with a 24 bit video card. There is a strange, reproducible
behavior when millions of colors are selected in the monitor cdev, and the mac
is restarted. The machine restarts in B&W. If I restart without changing
anything, the next restart begins in b&w but changes to millions after a few
seconds. 

Has anyone else noticed this happening?
