Back sometime in 1989, I received a coupon for the Mac Yellow
Pages.  The offer was free and so I responded.  There was
some mention of this offer early this year and it seemed
that the company making the offer was just behind schedule.
Is this still the case?  I'm wondering if they have started
shipping copies for sale before fulfilling their promos...
