This may or may not be a simple problem...

Within my application, I need to:
	launch another.  application heap need NOT be preserved
	return to the launcher, (preferably to the line after
		the launch command, but this is not crucial).

Is this possible ?  How do I do it ?  Can I do it in LSC 3.0 ?
