I'm having trouble with MyPageSetup 1.3.  My configuration is:

MacPlus
System 6.0.4
LaserWriter 6.0

When I run MyPageSetup, it adds the Disk File check box, and any changes
I make to Cover Page stick, but if I change to Manual Feed or Black and
White, the changes don't stick.

I've tried under both MultiFinder and UniFinder, with my normal
complement of inits, and with no inits, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone else gotten this to work?  If so, did you do anything
special, or did it just work?
