Valcartier Lines: 27 Hello, Situation: We have some QMS Colorscript 100. We are using System 6.0.5 with the LaserWriter Drivers 6.0.1 Problem: The ColorScript 100 has an print area that is smaller than that of the LaserWriters. For example, there is at least 1.25 " unusable at the bottom of each 8.5" x 11" page. This result in clipped graphics if we are not very carefull. Wishes: What I would like to do is patch a copy of the LaserWriter so it would know the correct size of the usable area of the page. This would let my applications know (after doing a page setup) where the borders are. So, where are the resources that contain this information so I can add my own paper sizes ? Anybody has other suggestions ? How do people with ColorScript 100 live with this problem ? Thanks in advance. -- | Louis Demers | DREV, Defence Research Establishment,Valcartier | | louis@asterix.drev.dnd.ca | POBox 8800, Courcelette,Quebec, CANADA, G0A 1R0 | | (131.132.48.2) | Office: (418) 844-4424 fax (418) 844-4511 | +---------------------------+-------------------------------------------------+
