I'll bet something like SuitCaseIII will do this! Better yet would be an ATM like hack for the machines that will undoubtably be running 6.x even after Sys 7's release due to various reasons (bugs, memory, laziness) that can go out on a network and get a bitmap from a font server (perhaps an AppleShare server?)
