We want to have an optical mounted full time so that people can save
their stuff on that drive and not fill up our already full hard drive.
Everytime one mounts and unmounts the optical, the owner of all the files
is the person who mounted the disk.  Now mounting under the root and doing
a chown works fine, but if someone unmounts the disk and then remounts
it the owner defaults again to the person who mounted the disk.
