Yes, exactly the same thing happened to me with issue #5.  It was the
graphics in the "NeXT and Communications in the IBM World" by Daniel A.
Powers (pp. 19 and 20) that caused the problem.  Framemaker locked up
and had to be restarted, just as you describe.  I didn't even try the
Framemaker version of issue #6, for fear of the same prooblem, but went
with the Postscript file instead.
