Most of the documentation from > SUN seems to assume a character device. You may want to try SUN consulting services. They offer various device drivers for optical disk drives, including a SCSI Driver Starter Kit. Their number is (415) 336-2438. The SUN Sales Office in Australia is (02) 413 2666. As for the jukebox, you might try Cygnet Systems in San Jose. Their number is (408) 954-1800. They have software that is called JIMS, the jukebox interface management system.` This allows the application writer to access the individual volumes (one side of a two-sided platter) without worrying where the volume currently is, what its orientation is, etc. Will Nelson Internet: will@presto.ig.com Intelligenetics, Inc.
