I am trying to use the above combination of items and am having as far as
I can tell only one problem.  ToolTool does not recognize the function
keys AT ALL on my type 4 keyboard.  Earlier versions recognized some of
them, but the current version (which is all I now have) recognizes the
cursor keys and that is just about all.

I looked at the code, saw some code which did the type 3 keys and I added
the bottom function keys, as well as added the additional F and R keys.

But, alas, to no effect.  Perhaps, it was even my ADDING of these keys
that clobbered things - I do not know.

Now I am looking for a solution.  If anyone has this fixed, would you let
me know?  Thanks!
