I have been trying to set up an HP LaserJet II on an ethernet for several
Sun 3/80s.  I got the printcap from the archives at Rice, and they seem to
work okay.  The problem that it will print whatever the first job it gets
forever.  (Or at least 21+ copies, we haven't tried forever yet).  Some
other symptoms are that a user gets no response to a remote lprm request,
and on the printer host, gets "cfxxxx<mahid>:  access denied", in response
to lprm.

Any tips?
