1. As far as memory goes, the 25-1011 640 k boards are hard to find. Since
you have 384k already, I'm assuming you have a 25-1004. This board tops out
at 384k. If however, you do have a 25-1011 with only 1 bank of 256k's
on board, you've lucked out. just add another 8 256k's and you're set.

2. The harddisk is no problem if you've got a 1.01 bios rom or better. If
it's 1.00, you'll need the bios upgraded. A controller and harddisk are
all else thats needed.
