Special thanks to Herr Walter from (if my memory serves me correctly) Stuttgart University, who offered to send me a copy of the missing article. (offer accepted.) However, no one has written to say that the european pages were missing from their copy too. Can I really be the only one to have suffered from this problem? My copy really was a european one by the way - according to the front cover at least.
