I have a new vt131 terminal, and I'm having problems hooking it up to
a hayes modem.The problem can be described as follows: When I type the
auto dial sequence on the kbd, nothing appears on the screen, and when
I hit return, nothing is sent. The terminal works fine with an
acoustic coupler at 300 bauds, and the modem works fine with other
terminals, however, I can't seem to get my terminal to talk to my 2400
baud modem. 

Does anyone have a constructive suggestion?
