  I have looked at several emulators in the past several years for
Tektronix 4010.  EM4010 is a superb emulator for Tektronix, and it
does VT emulation (which is not important to me).  I have also seen
mention of 132 columns in the setup menus.  You may want to check
the line of emulators put out by this company:
