I've just put tgif-1.3 in the `contrib' directory of `expo.lcs.ucla.edu'
and the `pub' directory of `rye.cs.ucla.edu'.  Here's a short list of
added features/bug fixes.  Special thanks to Chris Overton and
Christos Zoulas for their helpful hints.

1) Add support for encapsulated PostScript (psfig/epsf).
2) Fix a bug related to maximum string length.
3) Support user specified foreground and background colors.
4) Add "^,", "^.", "#,", "#.", and "#K" shorthand commands (scroll left,
   right, up, down, and change drawing mode to select).
5) Modify Imakefile to use a string to specify the location of the
   PostScript macro file.
