Do any of you "Xperts" have some advice on the problem described below.

Vic,

There seems to be a problem with installing & using a non-standard
colormap under SCO Motif.  The symptons are:

	. the new colormap can be created and installed without
	    any errors,
	. any colors that I define for drawing with the X-lib drawing
	    routines work correctly, and,
	. widgets (particularly, dialog widgets) seem to use the default
	    root colormap and not the new colormap.

Please inquire about the proper method to install & use a user-defined
colormap in motif for all user widgets, including dialog shells.  Quite
possibly there is a resource in Mwm that needs to be set, or, perhaps I
need to issue a colormap hint to Mwm.  (I am not issuing a colormap
hint as I only need & want one colormap for all my widgets and windows.)
