Does anyone know the X11 R4 equivalent of the following Xaw library functions:

		XawSimpleMenuAddEntry
		XawSimpleMenuSetEntryValues

as found in the 'xdir' contrib sources.  Alternatively, has anyone updated
this application for R4?
