Austin had a bus system when it had only about 250,000 population. Currently, the Capital Metro Trans Auth includes some small towns which may in due time get some sort of local bus service. So the 200,000 or less amendment would do great damage by in effect repealing protections now found in the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. * Origin: KramMail - The Handicap News 1-203-337-1607 (1:141/420) -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!Bill.Scarborough Internet: Bill.Scarborough@hnews.fidonet.org
