Brown 1 lb. lean ground beef with 1 diced onion. Drain fat, add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Place in the bottom of a 2 qt. casserole. Drain a lg. can of corn (15 oz. I think) and place on top of the meat in a layer. Prepare 6 servings of mashed potatoes. Spread in a layer over the corn. Top with lots of grated sharp cheddar. Bake at 350 deg. F till bubbly and cheese melts. (Cover while baking) You can also nuke covered 7 or so min. till bubbly and cheese melted. Vary by changing spices, vegetable, or cheese. I've made this other ways, but this combo tastes the best to me. Enjoy, Connie
