My favorite Rick line was one my ex-boyfriend (may he have to listen to
Muzak in hell forever!) and I used to say all the time, from the time
(don't remember the episode) when Rick decides to write a letter to
Echo and the Bunnymen.  

"Dear Mr. Echo,"

he starts the letter.  And alas, Mr. Echo is no longer with his
bunnymen...
