Hopefully, this batch of postings will make it out to the world.  

My apologies for the long outtage of sci.military.  The problem
came about as a result of a software change here, compounded by
my own blatant ignorance of such things, the odd system crash, and
the loss of my PC at home.

So, as soon as I deal with those Minions of Set running around on the
front yard, we'll return to our regularly-scheduled newsgroup.

If you sent me email alerting me to the outtage, I'd appreciate it
