Version 9006 of Richard Roberts' REBASE restriction enzyme database is
now available for anonymous FTP from genbank.bio.net.  After ftping to
genbank.bio.net, change to the directory

pub/db/REBASE

(NOTE that case matters in UNIX!) to retrieve the two files type2.lst
(data) and references.lst (literature references for the data file).
