I seem to remember to have read about a mutant in E. coli that
will import unusually large amounts of iron.  I would like to
use a strain like that to overexpress proteins containing large
amounts of iron in the form of iron-sulfur clusters.
Any hint towards a reference or a lab maintaining such a strain
would be appreciated.
