DOS executables and a tutorial for a backprop simulator, bps, is available from the undersigned via US Mail in return for a DOS floppy disk. Source license also available for a nominal fee. If you do want to use ftp, connect to anonymous@gmuvax2.gmu.edu cd to nn, set binary, and help yourself. This will net you executables for several platforms besides DOS, such as Sun 3,4 and VAX 8xxx/Ultrix.
