NY, NY Lines: 15 What kind of memory caching is used on the Solbourne computers? I don't have the exact model number at hand, but I think it is a 'Series 5(?)' that I want to know about. The machine has two CPU's which are essentially 33Mhz SPARC chips. It does asymmetric multiprocessing. Also: What memory caches are used on the Sun4/280 and Sparcstation-1 machines? Does anyone have a program which will measure the effect of these caches on performance? I would be interested in something which can be run in a multiprocessing mode. Thanks in Advance Andrew Mullhaupt
