I am looking for a public domain or shareware compiler for dBASE III+.
Preferably, it should compile to a single .EXE containing all .PRG
files called from the main .PRG compiled and have no need for a
runtime module on disk also.  It should have full compatability 
with dBASE III+ commands.

If you know of such a beast, please E-mail.  If the only way
you know of getting it is FTP, please let me know if you
could get it for me, since I have no access to FTP and every
time I have tried to get things by mailing to FTP servers,
I have never gotten what I requested.  Thanks.
