That manual, plus some updates and LARGE amounts of commentary,
will also soon be available as a book:

	The Annotated C++ Reference Manual
	by Margaret Ellis and Bjarne Stroustrup
	(Addison-Wesley, 1990)

Those of you who are going to the Anaheim Usenix conference may
get a chance to look through a copy there.
