Sorry if this should be obvious, but:

Does anyone know of a fine and free source for a C library with all those
fast and fine vector and matrix algebra functions? (Yes I can use ftp).
Please mail me directly to arinell@tds.kth.se, before June, 11, 1990.
If the answers are not too obvious, I'll summarize.
