The Bulletin Board for downloading XLISP 2.1 is in New Hampshire.
The phone number is (603) 882-1599.  For Bulletin Board information
call (603) 882-1232 weekdays 8-6.  Choose the xstuff/xlisp conference.
You can get archived files containing
                     executable version of XLISP 2.1
                     C source code for same
                     documentation and sample LISP files
It also says you can get an executable version of XLISP for the Mac.

Choose the tools conference and you can download arce.com which will
dearchive your files.

Since this was the first time I accessed a bulletin board it took me a while
to figure out what I was doing.

You get a bunch of messages saying
 "attached to this message is an archive containing ..."
and then something saying "[QUIT or <CR> for next]?"
I finally figured out that if I typed DOWNLOAD at this point, I could
download the file just described.
