Specifically: 1) Does it support Windows 3.0 coding? 2) Does it provide a Windows environment for programming, or does one need to go to a DOS prompt to code / compile / link? 3) Does it support all of the Windows facilities, like DDE, interface to the print manager, etc? 4) How much does it cost? Is there a student discount?
