The listing is in uuencoded format.  The file that is uuencoded is
a zip file containing about 8 Units for turbo pascal.

Due to a lot of problems in transmission I am going to make them
available thru anon ftp on lurch.stanford.edu (they have not been
posted yet; but I will advise when they are).  Two versions will
be available.  Version one will be all units compressed, tar'd
and uuencoded.  Version two will be all units zip'd and uuencoded.

Well, until further notice, NOTHING is available at lurch.stanford.edu.
