Does anyone know of papers describing compilers written in Prolog?
Is there possibly a survey article on this topic somewhere?

I know of course the paper by Warren in 1980, reproduced as the last chapter
of Sterling & Shapiro. I am more specifically after descriptions of

- real size, real world compilers written entirely or partly in Prolog
- info about how symbol tables are handled in these tools
