I just posted Elm 2.3 Patch 1.  After I sure its stable, I will
submit it to comp.sources.unix.

However, this is only part of the upcoming patches.  I still have
about 15 messages to go through and process.  So if your bug is not
in there, please wait for Patch 2 before bugging me about it again.
