Currently this is not possible for users, but Waf/1.63 is going to be significantly easier to deal with something like this. The sources are huge, and an order of magnitude more Unix specific than smail2.5. There is someone who has smail2.5/PC almost working with Waffle, but I'm not sure if that person wants his name given out at this time.
