I am one of the Referees, and I agree that not many activity nor
publicity has been around.  I did test some of the submissions,
though.  "Cdecl" was one of them, and so was "Symlink".
Since Glen Overby is the founder of the Referees, I would like
him to say a word on the MINIX Referee Committee.
