The same here! I was planning on the same thing, but if it already exists... I already have written a MINIX boot sector, which loads a kernel file from a partition or diskette, and then executes it with some config parameters. This means: rebooting MINIX or DOS withing 1.8 seconds! I'll post if enough people are interested... Fred.
