Ah, it's good to know that on all levels of CS there is inconsistency
(Re: program versus procedure, I mean I know how I would answer this).

Just last week Dave Patterson (you know RISCs) was for consistency in computer
architecture teaching [ideas].  The wonders of the Tower of Babble.
I'm glad I got out of the IBM-biased world.  It makes things oh so much
more confusing. 8)
