Has anyone successfully created a metafile under 1.2 (or 1.1 for that
matter)?  I've been attempting to get the code fragment from Vol 1. OS/2
Programmer's Reference p. 555 to work. The call to DevOpenDC with
dop.pszDriverName set to "DISPLAY" (per example) causes a seg violation!
Using any other string name returns an invalid hdc (error).  This stuff
is hard enough to crack without having to deal with faulty examples!
