I have a requirement  to  be  able  to  store  a  photograph  and
subsequently  generate  either  slides  or  hard  copies from the
stored photograph.  It would be preferable to be able to store  a
photo  directly  rather  than using a scanner to input the image.
Ideally I would like to utilize a video camera (e.g. Cannon  XAP-
Shot)  along  with  a  digitizer  board.   Does  anyone  know  of
available h/w and s/w (i.e Unix device driver) that  will  handle
the job?  Also, any information on color output (e.g. color slide
or photo) devices would be appreciated.
