Hi,

We are currently testing out a Sony Magnetic-Optical 5.25" 650MB disc,
and would like to know about the speeds and performance that other
people have achieved on Suns esp. the Sparc workstation.

Please state the machine, operating system, transfer rate in
bytes/Second and the driver your using.

Please reply by e-mail or post it here, as I'm sure other people will
also be interested...
