I have a SS1 with a CDC WREN VI connected to its SCSI port. The SS1 is a client running OS 4.0.3c. My question is in reference to formatting the disk. When I go into format and give the commands "format or aalyze" I get the following messages: Warning: Using default mode select parameters. Warning: Drive format may not be correct. It seems to format with no errors. I don't know if I can trust the disk or not. Has anybody com across this in their travels? That is "come" across this in their travels? Can I trust this? Thanks much in advance. Joe Ledva ledva@trees.dnet.ge.com
