Like the subject says...
I am looking for a site that has a telnet/ftp application for MS-DOS machines.
Unfortunately my site does not have internet access.  Is there an annonymous
uucp site that has something I can use?  Telebit PEP access would be best.
We use NCSA telnet here on macs, is the same available for IBM's?
