I would like to be able to use information from the nameserver to cause
the rewriting of addresses within sendmail so that mail addressed to
machines which do not run a sendmail daemon can be readdressed to the
appropriate machine.

Do either MB or MR records provide an appropriate basis for doing this
(the only info I can find is in RFC 1035 and this is rather brief)?

Are either/both of these likely to be adopted as standard RRs rather
than experimental?
