I have seen a course catalogue for what would appear to be a relatively new
conculting effort in which Harlan Mills seems to be the key player.  It seems
to be known as the Software Engineering Technology Institute and offers many
courses.  The address, as I recall, was in Florida somewhere.

My main question is whether anyone knows anything more about this besides
having seen the same catalogue, i.e., has anyone been the one of the courses
or know anyone who has?
