I will soon be involved in maintaining a medium-sized (100,000 + lines of C code) application which runs under Ultrix. No documentation exists. I think that a reverse engineering/design recovery/whatever tool would be an immense help. My real needs are for: - structure chart/data flow diagram generator - call graph generator - documentation generator - runs under Ultrix (DEC3100) or SunView 4.0 Also, things like a spec generator would be nice. The nearest think I can think of is the Desire project at MCC. If you know of a _commercially_ available system or better yet have experience with one (and opinions thereof) I would be most grateful. BTW, someone told me that CARE stands for Computer Aided Reverse Engineering. Has anyone seen this acronym before? Does anyone CARE? :o) Don Radvan (604) 277-1511 Mobile Data International
