GNU.how-to-get from osu-cis advertises GNU awk as gawk-2.11.1.tar.Z,
which seems to state that the GNU awk on osu-cis (and hence
prep.ai.mit.edu) is 2.11.1 instead of 2.11.  Is the GNU awk being
posted to comp.sources.unix not the latest?
