Dear Netter....

I'm am looking for a program that runs under VAX/VMS
that will write, read and list TAR tapes. If source code 
is available that would be great. If not and EXE file will
do... If I remember correctly DECUS has a utility on one of
its tape to write tar format tapes.  Please mail me the 
utility to the address below.
