Hmm, a pet peeve of mine.  While I agree that endless whining and complaining
can be annoying, I strongly object to the notion that one must not criticize.
Yes, based on preliminary judgements, 2.0 looks very nice, and by all means
Commodore is to be commended for all their work as of late.  However, it is
completely reasonable to point out areas that seem to be lacking.

There are different ways of doing that, however.  MB tends to do it in such a
way as to piss people off (myself included), so some tend to simply ridicule
everything he says.  In this particular instance (menus inside of shells),
there are certainly valid reasons against it, but it is by no means the
stupidest suggestion ever, nor is it unreasonable to be disappointed that
this feature was omitted, particularly given that some other generally
well-regarded systems do have it.

Eeps, this is getting too long.  To summarize:  incessant bitching and moaning
is generally unproductive, but there's nothing inherently wrong with pointing
out problems where they exist.  That's what drives progress, after all.
