Does anybody know of any sound digitizing software which will allow direct
to disk recording?  I have heard of Quasarsound by Centaur Software, but
from what I understand, it writes to the disk in it's own "bootable"
format, and not in normal IFF files.

Anyone know if this is true?  Any help you can provide is much appreciated.
